Intershores’ founder, Ms Ganesha LEUNG has 20+ years of board experience in professional services and commerce. Ms LEUNG was the General Manager of a leading professional & trust services group Vistra Corporate Services Group (previously Acceptor Professional Directors Limited), managing a large portfolio of Hong Kong and international clients, ranging from listed companies, SMEs and HNW individuals, spanning across trading, investment, financial services, mining, project holding, technology sectors whilst working closely with bankers, lawyers, financial & securities companies and offshore practitioners.
Her prior professional experiences in auditing and company secretarial have been gained at major multinationals including PriceWaterhouseCoopers, KPMG Peat Marwick & Grant Thornton.
She also built her solid commercial experiences with the U.S. listed company, the Sara Lee group and with the German giant, Triumph International (Hong Kong) Ltd.
Ms LEUNG gained her Master degree in Business & Administration in the UK and further her executive management studies at University of California, Berkeley in U.S. She is a Chartered Governance Professional, a member of International Bar Association, a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers, an associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and qualified with Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (graduate). She was graduated from Department of Accountancy, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
