We are a firm of certified public accountants and a registered corporate service provider ("TCSP"). Our corporate CPA practice was incorporated in January 2007. Our TCSP company, Eternal Gold Limited, was incorporated in November 2006. All three directors (partners) of the CPA practice are big four trained qualified accountants of 4 decades with experience in IPOs, audits, accounting, HR, consulting, company secretarial and other corporate services. After our very busy decades with the big four and corporate finance, all three partners decided to set up a professional practice where we can offer clients personal services at reasonable price. Hence, we gave birth to Morrison CPA Limited. We believe in conscientious business practices. We do not overcharge and we enjoy our work. Our client retention rate is very high, often starts as temporary assistance to become continuous services of many years. Our source of referrals are clients, lawyers and other business associates. Our clients range from international groups to entrepreneurs, family companies, starts-up and charities, covering business sectors such as yachts, exhibitions, investments, information technologies and churches. Our staff comprises experienced / qualified accountants, seasoned administrators and experienced book-keepers. We are bi-lingual, fluent in English and Cantonese with Putonghua at business proficiency level. We provide: • audit and assurance; •incorporation of companies and registration of branches / representative offices; •provision of secretarial, accounting, payroll and HR compliances and other business services; •work with fellow professionals in discharging other statutory compliance as required in Hong Kong and other relevant jurisdictions; and •financial consulting.

Consulting business set up by a former senior banker

This is a consulting business set up by a former expatriate banker to capitalize on his 3 decades of banking experience and Hong Kong networks for both local and overseas clients. We have help him to incorporate his Hong Kong company, successfully obtained the work visa for his deputy, a native European. We look after the business on accounting, company secretarial, human resources compliant, including the work visa, MPF, payroll. We have served this client for 10 years and have maintained a very good working relationship with each of the deputy (the local chief executive) of the owner, as their partner on all administration matters, at an arm's length distance where necessary but always approachable for any matters they need help.

Local subsidiary of an international group

We were asked to provide temporary accounting service of a then newly incorporated Hong Kong subsidiary (to market their own European manufactured products) pending the employment of a local CFO. But the service has turned permanent and has extended to tax compliance, work visas, monthly payroll, MPF and other HR compliance, banking, liaison with their group auditor. We have served this client, as its defacto CFO, since 2013, looking after the needs of the European head office and those of the local management on all administrative matters except company secretarial. Client has formed a good working partnership with us due to our bi-lingual ability, our broad experience in accounting and corporate management, our balanced views and professionalism in handling any conflicts of interests between the local management and the head office.

Group of investment holding companies of a private investor

We were requested by a senior executive to work on a consulting report on a property development project he was to invest in his personal capacity. We completed report but the investment plan was cancelled. But this marked the start of our decade long relationship in that we have provided company incorporation and company secretarial services to all his investment holding companies. In the past 2 years, we started to provide accounting and local tax compliance to his companies. He has yet to formally set up a family office but has kept our secretarial team busy at times. He prefers our services over the big-four or top-ten as, in his view, we provide better services as our senior team members actually participate in our work and hence have corrected the mistakes of our counterparts from time to time. We treat confidentiality of clients' matters seriously and thus we do not gossip on clients' matters, not even with their own staff.
