中國誠信（亞太）信用評級有限公司（ 中誠信亞太）2010年10月在香港成立，並於2012年6月從香港證監會取得第十類牌照（提供信貸評級服務），成為中國第一家在中國大陸以外合法運作的中資信貸評級機構。2023年3月，中誠信亞太獲香港強制性公積金計畫管理局認可為其核准的首家中資信貸評級機構。 2024年6月，中誠信亞太成為首家且唯一一家獲香港金管局合資格債務票據計畫“QDI計畫”以及綠色和可持續金融資助計畫 “GSF資助計畫”下認可的中資信用評級機構。截止至2025年3月底，中誠信亞太的存續有效、公開可查的受委託國際評級中資客戶為259家，以絕對優勢穩居中資評級機構第一。

China Chengxin (Asia Pacific) Credit Ratings Company Limited (“CCXAP”) was established in Hong Kong on October 6, 2010. On June 28, 2012, CCXAP obtained a Type 10 license (providing credit rating services) from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, becoming the first Chinese credit rating company from China operating in the international market.

On March 31, 2023, CCXAP was recognized by the Hong Kong Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority as the first approved Chinese credit rating agency. On June 19, 2024, CCXAP became the first and only Chinese credit rating agency accredited under both the Hong Kong Monetary Authority’s Qualifying Debt Instrument Scheme (“QDI Scheme”) and the Green and Sustainable Finance Grant Scheme (“GSF Grant Scheme”).As of the end of March 2025, CCXAP has provided corporate credit rating services to over 259 corporations, CCXAP is the first-place winner of Chinese rating agencies in terms of market share.
