Founded in November 1985 by Peter Cheung, a highly respected Hotel Financial Controller with a distinguished career at firms such as KPMG Peat Marwick, The Mandarin Oriental Group, The Peninsula Hong Kong, and The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, CitiAc has grown into a trusted partner for businesses across multiple sectors.
Our History and Milestones
[Year 1985]: CitiAc Management Consultancy Limited was established in Hong Kong.
[Year 1993]: Peter Cheung left The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong to focus on expanding his own company.
[Year 1999]: F & B Accountancy Limited was formed, specializing in accounting services for independent restaurant operators.
[Year 2007]: CitiAc Management Consultancy (Shanghai) Limited was established to serve clients of bars, restaurants and other various kinds of business in Shanghai.
[Year 2013]: CitiAc Corporate Services Limited was founded in Hong Kong to offer company setup, secretarial services, visa applications, and more. Our Hong Kong Trust or Company Service Provider License Number (TCSP License No.) is TC002875.
[Year 2025]: CitiAc Management Consultancy (Shenzhen) Limited was launched in Qianhai, Shenzhen, reflecting our outlook to supporting business development in the Greater Bay Area.
