Bakehouse

Bakehouse had already captured the hearts and taste buds of Hong Kong with its iconic pastries and cult-favorite status. The challenge was scaling that magic: expanding the brand without losing the warm, community-first soul that made it a local staple. At Kith&Kin, we uncovered the bakery’s secret ingredient: its people. Celebrating the daily rituals of loyal customers, we designed custom illustrations inspired by real customers, weaving their stories into packaging, interiors, and digital touchpoints. The result is a deeply human, visually cohesive brand identity that honours craftsmanship, connects communities, and establishes a foundation for ambitious growth.

Loveramics has earned global acclaim among coffee lovers, chefs, and home baristas for pairing precision engineering with expressive ceramic design. The task was to sharpen their visual narrative to match their international reputation, creating a cohesive brand universe that feels as refined as the craft itself. At Kith&Kin, we anchored the identity around the artistry of connection, where thoughtful design meets the daily rituals of dining and coffee culture. We modernised their visual language across packaging, retail touchpoints, and digital channels, creating an adaptable system that highlights the tactile beauty. Clean typography and minimalist layouts allow the craftsmanship of the ceramics to take center stage, while warm, lifestyle-driven imagery invites everyday moments of joy. The result is a globally scalable brand identity that reflects Loveramics’ commitment to craftsmanship and inspires a vibrant community of coffee and food enthusiasts worldwide.

Little Bao transformed Hong Kong’s dining scene by turning the humble Chinese bao into an iconic, modern classic. The goal was to evolve the brand identity to match its fun, rebellious spirit while building a scalable system for new ventures and international pop-ups. At Kith&Kin, we created a flexible identity that seamlessly bridges the casual energy of a neighborhood diner with the polished look of an internationally recognised culinary hotspot. The result is a bold, energetic brand universe that stays true to its Hong Kong roots, honours its creative culinary soul, and continues to make a lasting impression on the global stage.
