Ms Chiang has spent 34 years working in the public hospital system in Hong Kong. She was leading the Pharmacy Information and Automation Section at the Chief Pharmacist’s Office of Hospital Authority Head Office. She possessed excellent track records with innovative and project management skills specializing in re-engineering and modernizing workflow changes; motivating cross functional teams for creative introduction and adoption of new service improvements; inspirational leadership abilities with a passion to bring about goodness for the patients, staff, profession, service as well as the organization. She has now retired from the public service in 2015 to continue to make contribution to the community and private sectors.
Subsequebt to her retirement from the Hospital Authority, Ms Chiang has engaged herself in consultancy services helping IT software companies to successfully bid for tenders on installation of Hospital Information System in private hospitals, introduced automated dispensing machines and systems to public hospital pharmacies, etc.
She has rich experience in developing IT systems used for medication mangement processes in Nursing Homes.
