Andy Cheng Law Firm is a Hong Kong law firm established in 2012. Our founder, Mr. Andy Cheng, is fluent in English, Japanese and Chinese. We are a boutique law firm providing legal services for Japanese corporations and individuals with a need for Hong Kong law. Meanwhile, we also provide legal services to local and international clients as well. In 2019, we became qualified to provide China attesting service (中國委託公證) to clients with such a need.

Prior to establishing Andy Cheng Law Firm in 2012, our founder, Mr. Andy Cheng was a corporate finance lawyer (with a focus on IPO) at one of the largest US law firm in Hong Kong. Since our establishment in 2012, we have been providing numerous legal services covering a wide spectrum of areas including without limitation corporate, commercial, contract, business law, probate, litigation, immigration, IP for Japanese corporate and individual clients at a competitive fee and quality services. From 2019, we are also able to provide Chinese attesting services to clients with personal and business connections with mainland China.
