A joint-venture company established in 1980 by Wang Tak Group and Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC). In 1987 we became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wang Tak Group. Headquarter in Hong Kong with our own branch offices in mainland China. With own asset of barge and tug boat, we are feeder vessel operator and depot operator for numbers of global companies. Our core business is to provide warehousing for project cargo, cold storage for perishables, logistics planning (road and water transport), rental of heavy lifting equipment, and freight-forwarding. Our experience in project cargo has given us good references in airport projects, raw material and construction material handling, delivery to power station with heavy lifting equipment, event logistics for worldwide events in HK and China with custom handling.
