1. Midland bucked the pro-longed property downturn which took place from 97 to 03 and strengthened its market position
2. Midland expanded it footprints to new home sector in late 1990s
3. In 2000, Midland acquired Hong Kong Property, a then top-player, in an effort to consolidate the industry
4. In 2007, Legend Upstar Holdings* became the first listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange specializing in industrial and commercial property agency services, and the listing of its shares was transferred from the Growth Enterprise Market to the Main Board of the Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 459) in August 2008. Thereafter, the privatization was completed in 2026.
